All Crush Surfboards products are handcrafted to order using sustainable timber. This made-to-order approach minimizes waste and ensures each piece meets our premium quality standards.

Lead times may vary during peak periods. You'll receive regular updates on your order's progress.

Shipping Rates & Coverage

We ship worldwide from our UK workshop. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

UK orders: Prices include VAT

EU orders: Prices include VAT where applicable under OSS regulations

International orders (outside UK/EU): You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

UK: 2-5 business days after dispatch

EU: 5-10 business days after dispatch

Rest of World: 7-21 business days after dispatch

Total time = production lead time + shipping time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at crushsurfboards@gmail.com within 48 hours. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
